Presidio Avenue, Presidio Heights

PROJECT SUMMARY

From a new foundation to a revamped roof configuration, this four-story single family Presidio Heights home needed a top to bottom renovation. The project required all new utility services and exterior windows and doors. We also installed a new solar-panel system and custom casework throughout the home. In addition, we were able to leverage our Green Building program and incorporate green elements such as a bamboo sink basin, reclaimed hardwood floors, and low VOC (Volatile Organic Chemicals) finishes.
