PROJECT SUMMARY

The complete overhaul and expansion of this Pacific Heights jewel was constructed with the highest green building standards in mind. Our strong focus on sustainability, energy efficiency and water conservation resulted in receiving the acclaimed LEED Platinum certification from the USGBC for the design, construction and operation of high-performance green buildings. Through careful material selection, we incorporated several environmental elements including San Francisco’s first completed underground rain harvest system, a whole house air filtration system for superior indoor air quality, no-VOC (Volatile Organic Chemicals) paints and solar power. Environmental integrity meets luxury living to create a home that is ideal for entertaining complete with state-of-the-art lighting and audio control systems, a sauna, elevator, wine room and four fireplaces.
